Community Supported Agriculture partners consumers with local growers to create a stable and appreciative market for their produce. Members purchase, in advance, shares of next season’s harvest and the produce is divided among the shareholders.
There are many benefits of membership that go beyond the weekly distribution of freshly picked vegetables: · Produce tastes better because it is picked straight off the farm, only hours old, and free of any synthetic herbicides and pesticides.
· Sustainable farming – Eating food grown responsibly with minimal impact on the environment
· Supporting local farming keeps money in the local community
· Becoming more aware of seasonality by eating produce at its peak flavor potential
· A mutual trust and friendship is developed with the farmer
A share will consist of 21 weekly distributions of vegetables, beginning May 30th and ending in October. The share price is $650.00 for an overflowing half bushel of freshly harvested produce. Register here for our 2010 growing season.

For more about our membership program please read our 2010 CSA Handbook.
CSA members will also be the guests of honor at our annual fall harvest party held the first week in October. Bring your friends and family, pick pumpkins, enjoy a bonfire, and eat!
Everything sold through our farm either through the CSA, farmers markets, restaurants, or schools is grown by our farm. We do not outsource or buy any of our produce from other growers, vendors or whole-sale auctions.
